The chamber diameter varied slightly over the many years of production.
For example, in 1907 Hunter Arms listed the chamber diameters as
12 gauge, 0.811 inches; 16 gauge, 0.745; and 20 gauge,0.697. In
1936, the diameters were listed as 12 gauge, 0.809 inches; 16 gauge,
0.745; 20 gauge, 0.698; and 410, 0.4765.
